BANGKOK — BangkokFilms.com is preparing to take independent cinema and global entertainment to a new level with the upcoming Bangkok Global Film Festival (BGFF), a major international film and entertainment event powered by the BFC Ecosystem.
The inaugural Bangkok Global Film Festival is scheduled to take place at a luxury resort in Thailand in December 2026, bringing together filmmakers, actors, producers, creators, influencers, entertainment professionals and cinema enthusiasts for a celebration of global storytelling.
Designed to become an international platform for cinema, creativity and cultural exchange, BGFF will combine film screenings, premieres, industry networking, creator showcases, entertainment experiences and a spectacular awards celebration.

One of its most distinctive concepts is an advanced participation model designed to give individuals an opportunity to participate in the ownership and revenue-sharing structure of individual cinema locations or portions of a theater, subject to applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.
Through structured participation mechanisms, eligible participants may be able to select opportunities connected to individual theaters or defined portions of a cinema operation, with revenue-sharing arrangements forming part of the proposed model.
